(一)单词和短语

1. angry adj. 生气的

His mother is angry with him about his bad  marks in English.

他妈妈因为他的英语得了糟糕的分数而生他的气。

2. excited adj. 激动的,兴奋的

(1)I’m excited about visiting the Great Wall. 

我对参观长城感到兴奋。

(2)They were all excited at the exciting news. 

他们都因那个令人振奋的消息而激动。

 3. be proud of

(1)We’re proud of our success. 

我们为我们的成功而自豪。

(2)The father takes pride in his son. 

这位父亲以他的儿子为骄傲。

(二)重难点句子探究:

1. I hope you will recognize me from my photo when I arrive at the airport. 希望我到机场时你会通过照片认出我。

该句是一个多重复合句,主句为I hope,后接宾语从句,省略了引导词that, 从句中含有when引导的时间状语从句,意为“当……时候”.
